- 20+ years as a clothing retailer/wholesaler.
- Wife Cynthia - Elementary School Classroom Volunteer, Grandmother to 10 grandchildren.
Bill and Cynthia arrived in Arizona in 1992. Bill immediately began selling real estate specializing in 55+ communities. Bill has been a resident of the Sunland communities since moving to the "Valley of the Sun".
Kent Norgard:
- Born in Minot, North Dakota. Grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
- Graduate - University of North Dakota, Information Management & Business Education (another "Fighting Sioux" grad).
- 4 years of real estate experience in ND, Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI).
- AZ Real Estate agent since 1998, Licensed as Associate Broker in 2009.
- Wife Kathy - Teacher
- Children - Alex, Christopher, Annie, Ryan and Jacob.
Kent and his family moved to Arizona in 1998. He joined Bill at that time. Kent shows and sells property while also acting as the transaction coordinator monitoring each closing.
Jim Barker:
- Born in 29 Palms, California. Grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota.
- Graduate - University of Minnesota, Duluth, Bachelor of Accounting.
