Bill Barker:

• Born in Duluth, Minnesota.  Grew up in various states throughout the midwest.
• Graduate - University of North Dakota ("Fighting Sioux"), Business Administration.
• Captain, United States Marine Corp.
• 20+ years as a clothing retailer/wholesaler.
• Wife Cynthia - Elementary School Classroom Volunteer, Grandmother to 8 grandchildren.

Bill and Cynthia arrived in Arizona in 1992.  Bill immediately began selling real estate specializing in 55+ communities.  Bill has been a resident of the Sunland communities since moving to the "Valley of the Sun".

Kent Norgard:

• Born in Minot, North Dakota.  Grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
• Graduate - University of North Dakota, Information Management & Business Education (another "Fighting Sioux" grad).  
• 4 years of real estate experience in ND, Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI).
• Wife Kathy - High school teacher, Queen Creek.
• Children - Alex, Christopher, Annie, Ryan and Jacob.

Kent and his family moved to Arizona in 1998.  He joined Realty Executives as Bill's licensed assistant.  Kent shows and sells property while also acting as the transaction coordinator monitoring each closing.

Jim Barker:

• Born in 29 Palms, California.  Grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota.
• Graduate - University of Minnesota, Duluth, Bachelor of Accounting. Jim refused to become another "Fighting Sioux" clone.  He chose the "Bulldogs" of Duluth, MN (UMD).

• Jim has one beautiful daughter.

Jim became the third member of the team in 2002.  Jim shows and sells property in "Active Adult Communities" as well as family communities throughout the valley.
